Enrollment Coordinator
Overview:
BE Dance Studios is a thriving dance school located in the city of Miramar. Our studio is dedicated to providing outstanding dance education and presenting remarkable dance works for our students and community. We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Enrollment Coordinator, who is not afraid of talking on the phone or meeting new people to join our team. This role is essential in capturing leads, booking trial classes, and converting prospects into clients. As the first point of contact, you will create impactful customer experiences from the start. Reporting to the Artistic Director, you will work with the AD and other studio staff to ensure that current and new students and families are feeling welcomed as well as aware of all we have to offer.

Qualifications and Experience:
Prior experience in dance and/or the performing arts
Prior experience in a sales or customer service role
Familiarity with dance studio software (Jackrabbit), Asana, Keap, and text communication
Professional and personable demeanor
Excellent communication skills
Skills and Competencies:
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to build connections quickly and a genuine interest in people
Proficiency in learning, managing and using various software tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Responsibilities and Duties:
Capture and follow up on leads
Schedule and coordinate trial classes
Convert leads into enrolled clients
Maintain accurate records using dance studio management software
Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience from the first interaction
Ensure a clean, hygienic and safe studio environment
Collaborate with team members using project management software
Communicate effectively via email, text, and phone through the studios CRM
Be available to work on site and remotely
Have reliable internet access
Key Priorities:
Fulfill student enrollment goals for each season and year
Support new students and families through the enrollment and onboarding process
Continue to train, evaluate and update the studio’s enrollment and onboarding systems and processes with the Artistic Director.
Meet and exceed enrollment goals set by the Artistic Director on a quarterly basis
Maintain a clean, hygienic and safe studio environment
Schedule and Availability:
Part-time position: 10-15 hours per week (flexible but to include some weekday afternoon/evenings and weekends)
Flexible scheduling with room for growth
Compensation:
$14 - $18.50 per hour based on experience with room to grow over time
