Spring Concert Fee & Ballet Costume Information
At BE Dance Studios, our annual Spring Concert is a highlight of the season, celebrating our students' growth, artistry, and dedication. Each enrolled student participating in the Spring Concert is required to pay a Spring Concert Fee, which covers essential performance-related items and experiences.
What’s Included in the Spring Concert Fee?
✅ Digital Yearbook – A beautifully designed keepsake featuring student highlights, memories, and special moments from this season.
✅ Digital Video – A professionally recorded digital copy of this year’s performance for families to cherish.
✅ Backstage Crafts – Engaging activities to keep our young dancers entertained while they wait for their moment on stage.
✅ Ballet Costume & Accessories – Students will receive a costume specifically for their ballet class performance, along with necessary accessories.
✅ Group Photo Sitting Fee – The sitting fee for the student’s class group photo is covered.
Important: Picture Packages Not Included
📸 Families will need to purchase their own picture packages directly from EPS (our photography provider) for Picture Day. The Spring Concert Fee does not include printed or digital picture packages.
This fee ensures that every student is prepared and fully immersed in the excitement of our Spring Concert experience. We can’t wait to see our dancers shine on stage!
